Instacoll Base can be applied with brush or spray equipment. After allowing to dry, the Base is receptive for gilding for up to an hour. If the Instacoll Base dries completely then it can reactivate it with Instacoll Activator. Apply a thin and even layer of Instacoll Activator over the base and after a few minutes the surface is ready for gilding again. A surface can be reactivated many times using Instacoll Activator. It is important to only apply the leaf when the surface is dry. Always avoid getting Instacoll Activator onto the leaf itself.
